Role Overview

The Senior Project Engineer will play a key role in managing and supervising high-rise construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

This role requires both technical expertise and strong project coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

📊 1. Project Execution & Planning

Assist in planning and execution of high-rise construction projects
Ensure work progresses as per project schedule

🏗️ 2. Site Supervision

Supervise day-to-day construction activities
Ensure work is carried out according to:
- Approved drawings
- Project specifications

🤝 3. Coordination with Stakeholders

Coordinate with:
- Consultants
- Subcontractors
- Project teams
Ensure smooth communication and workflow

📐 4. Technical Oversight

Review technical drawings and specifications
Ensure proper implementation on-site
Resolve technical issues

⚙️ 5. Quality Control

Maintain quality standards
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance
Implement corrective actions when required

📈 6. Progress Monitoring

Track site progress
Prepare reports for management
Identify delays and implement solutions

⚠️ 7. Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to:
- Safety regulations
- Company policies
Promote safe working practices

Key Requirements

🎓 Education

Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Or related field

🏗️ Experience

Minimum 6–10 years UAE experience
Mandatory experience in:
- High-rise building projects

⚙️ Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:
- Construction methods
- Site execution
- Project coordination
- Quality control
