Al Mrooj Infra is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead its Commercial, Procurement, and Estimation Department. This senior leadership role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in UAE infrastructure contracting, commercial management, procurement strategy, and project estimation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tendering, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and bid preparation activities.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and supplier management systems.
- Manage contracts, commercial negotiations, variations, claims, and subcontract administration.
- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives and project profitability are achieved.
- Drive business growth through strategic bidding, procurement optimization, and commercial excellence.
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in UAE infrastructure contracting.
- Strong expertise in roads, utilities, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in Commercial Management, Procurement Management, and Estimation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts, procurement practices, and tendering procedures.
