🚧 1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure work is executed as per:
- Approved drawings
- Specifications
- Project timelines
📊 2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Site engineers
- Subcontractors
- Consultants
- Ensure smooth workflow across all disciplines
👥 3. Team Management
- Manage site teams and supervise manpower
- Assign tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure productivity and discipline on-site
📅 4. Planning & Scheduling Support
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Monitor progress against timelines
- Identify delays and support corrective actions
⚠️ 5. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to:
- Quality standards
- Safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and checks
🔄 6. Problem Solving & Decision Making

Key Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Or related field
🏗️ Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of construction experience
