Design Hub Building Contracting LLC, is currently hiring Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering construction projects while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
This role requires strong leadership and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
📊 1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Ensure smooth execution from start to completion
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables
🏗️ 2. Site Management
- Oversee daily construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per:
- Approved drawings
- Project specifications
🤝 3. Subcontractor Coordination
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Resolve site conflicts and issues
⚙️ 4. Quality Control
- Maintain construction quality standards
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance
- Implement corrective actions when required
📈 5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against schedule
- Prepare reports for management
- Identify delays and take corrective actions
⚠️ 6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Safety regulations
- Company procedures
- Promote safe working environment
Key Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Or related field
🏗️ Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in UAE construction industry
- Proven experience managing construction projects
⚙️ Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project planning
- Site execution
- Subcontractor management
- Quality control
