Roles & Responsibilities
π 1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Support organizational growth and workforce planning

- Oversee:
- Recruitment processes
- Onboarding and employee lifecycle
- HR administration
βοΈ 3. UAE Labor Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- UAE Labour Law
- Manage policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
π° 4. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage:
- Salary structures
- Benefits programs
- Ensure competitive and compliant compensation
π€ 5. Employee Relations
- Handle:
- Employee grievances
- Conflict resolution
- Promote a positive workplace culture
π 6. Performance Management
- Implement performance evaluation systems
- Support employee development and career growth
π» 7. HR Systems & Reporting
- Manage HR systems such as:
- Oracle HRMS
- Generate reports and HR analytics
Key Requirements
π Education
- Bachelorβs Degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Or related field
ποΈ Experience
- Minimum 5+ years as HR Manager in UAE construction sector
- Experience handling large workforce operations
βοΈ Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- UAE Labour Law
- HR best practices
- Experience with:
- HRIS / Oracle HRMS
π Certifications (Preferred)
- CIPD
- CHRP
- Other HR certifications
