Human Resources Manager

Redpath Partners is hiring on behalf of a leading contractor Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will lead HR strategy, operations, and administration across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with UAE regulations.

This role requires expertise in:

• HR systems (HRIS/Oracle)

Roles & Responsibilities

📊 1. HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Support organizational growth and workforce planning

👥 2. HR Operations Management

• Oversee:
  • Recruitment processes
  • Onboarding and employee lifecycle
  • HR administration

⚖️ 3. UAE Labor Law Compliance

• Ensure compliance with:
  • UAE Labour Law
• Manage policies and procedures in line with legal requirements

💰 4. Compensation & Benefits

• Design and manage:
  • Salary structures
  • Benefits programs
• Ensure competitive and compliant compensation

🤝 5. Employee Relations

• Handle:
  • Employee grievances
  • Conflict resolution
• Promote a positive workplace culture

📈 6. Performance Management

• Implement performance evaluation systems
• Support employee development and career growth

💻 7. HR Systems & Reporting

• Manage HR systems such as:
  • Oracle HRMS
• Generate reports and HR analytics

Key Requirements

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Human Resources
  • Business Administration
  • Or related field

🏗️ Experience

• Minimum 5+ years as HR Manager in UAE construction sector
• Experience handling large workforce operations

⚙️ Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
  • UAE Labour Law
  • HR best practices
• Experience with:
  • HRIS / Oracle HRMS

🏆 Certifications (Preferred)

• CIPD
• CHRP
• Other HR certifications

💼 Core Competencies

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multi-site HR operations
