Al Marwan Group, is currently seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee construction activities across multiple projects.

• Experience Required: 6–10 years
• UAE Experience: Preferred

The General Foreman plays a key role in site supervision and workforce management, ensuring:

• Work is completed as per drawings and specifications
• Activities are executed on time and safely

This role acts as the link between engineers, workers, and subcontractors on-site.

🚧 1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily construction activities
• Ensure work follows:
  • Approved drawings
  • Project specifications
  • Planned timelines

👥 2. Team & Workforce Management

• Manage:
  • Labor teams
  • Subcontractors
  • Skilled workers
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance

📊 3. Quality Control & Productivity

• Monitor:
  • Work quality
  • Productivity levels
• Ensure all works meet required construction standards

📐 4. Drawing Interpretation

• Review and interpret:
  • Construction drawings
  • Blueprints
  • Technical specifications
• Guide site teams accordingly

⚠️ 5. Safety Management

• Enforce site safety rules and procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE standards
• Conduct regular safety checks

🔄 6. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with:
  • Project managers
  • Site engineers
  • Consultants
• Ensure smooth communication between teams

🛠️ 7. Materials & Equipment Monitoring

• Inspect materials and tools before use
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment

• Maintain:

  • Work logs
• Track progress and report delays

• Identify site issues early
• Resolve delays and conflicts efficiently

• Guide and train junior foremen

✅ Key Requirements

🏗️ Experience

• Minimum 6–10 years in construction
• At least 2–4 years in a supervisory/foreman role
• Experience in:

  • Commercial buildings

• Strong understanding of:
