Roles & Responsibilities
📅 1. Project Planning & Baseline Scheduling
- Develop and maintain:
- Baseline programs
- Project schedules
- Ensure alignment with project milestones
📈 2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against schedule
- Prepare:
- Weekly and monthly reports
- Progress dashboards
⏳ 3. Delay Analysis
- Analyze delays using recognized techniques
- Identify causes of schedule slippage
- Recommend corrective actions
🔄 4. Recovery Planning
- Develop recovery plans to mitigate delays
- Optimize resource allocation
- Ensure project timelines are achieved
🤝 5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Contractors
- Consultants
- Client representatives
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
🏗️ 6. Site & Consultancy Integration
- Work across:
- Site execution teams
- Supervision consultancy teams
- Ensure planning aligns with actual site conditions

Key Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Or related field
🏗️ Experience
- Minimum 10+ years UAE experience (buildings only)
- At least 5+ years with supervision consultancy firms
⚙️ Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Baseline scheduling
- Progress tracking
- Delay analysis
- Recovery planning
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Primavera P6
- MS Project
