    • Onboarding and employee lifecycle
    • HR administration

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • UAE Labour Law
  • Manage policies and procedures in line with legal requirements

  • Design and manage:
    • Salary structures
    • Benefits programs
  • Ensure competitive and compliant compensation

  • Handle:
    • Employee grievances

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Administration
    • Or related field

  • Minimum 5+ years as HR Manager in UAE construction sector
  • Experience handling large workforce operations

βš™οΈ Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • UAE Labour Law
    • HR best practices
  • Experience with:
    • HRIS / Oracle HRMS
