Your Mission

• Lead Coordination: Manage all vendor inspection activities, from client request to final report and invoicing, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Be the Key Link: Act as the primary contact for key clients (EPCs, operators, vendors) and our global network of inspectors.
• Schedule & Deploy: Assess technical requirements to deploy the right qualified inspectors for each project.
• Ensure Quality: Review inspection reports for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards (ASME, API, AWS).
• Uphold Standards: Ensure all activities fully comply with ISO 17020, HSE regulations, and client requirements.
• Manage Data: Maintain all coordination trackers, schedules, and databases for full operational traceability.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3-5+ years in a coordination role for TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) services, specifically within the UAE’s oil & gas industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vendor inspection, QA/QC processes, and international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
• Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred) or a related technical field.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, planning, and client-facing communication skills.
• Mindset: Proactive, highly detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver.
• Communication: Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus).
