About the Role
Emirates CAE Flight Training is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Training Administrator to join our Training Department in Dubai. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and administration of pilot and aviation training programs.
The Training Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with instructors and trainees, and managing various administrative processes that ensure the seamless execution of training activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and schedule training sessions, ensuring all resources — including instructors, simulators, and classrooms — are effectively allocated.
- Provide full administrative assistance to the Training Department, including handling documentation, correspondence, and internal communication.
- Maintain and update comprehensive training records, attendance logs, instructor assignments, and trainee databases with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Generate and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and performance data for management review and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Ensure all training activities comply with CAE and aviation authority requirements, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all documentation.
- Liaise effectively with instructors, trainees, and internal departments to coordinate schedules, address queries, and resolve administrative issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities to streamline training administration processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or training coordination role, preferably within aviation, education, or technical training environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with training management systems or scheduling software is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
