Store Supervisor

Elite Group Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in warehouse management and the ability to lead day-to-day store activities efficiently.

Position Overview

The Store Supervisor will oversee the entire warehouse operation, ensure proper inventory management, monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement/logistics teams, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all items.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests as required.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and logistics teams for timely delivery and stock movements.
• Manage loading/unloading activities and ensure safe material handling procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient workflow and space utilization.
• Maintain records of stock movement, GRN, issue slips, delivery notes, and material return forms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide training and guidance on warehouse safety, equipment use, and best practices.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety issues immediately.
• Support logistical planning for deliveries and dispatch activities.
• Work closely with project teams and operations for material requests and prioritization.
• Implement improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in warehouse/logistics management is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Supervisor, Warehouse In-Charge, or Logistics Coordinator.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, facilities management, or trading companies preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems, material handling, and ERP/inventory software.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Ability to use warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
