Position Overview

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site civil and landscaping works, ensuring that all construction activities are executed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for landscaping and civil infrastructure projects.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and shop drawings.
• Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project plans.
• Coordinate with the project manager, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Verify material deliveries, quantities, and installation methods.
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company policies.
• Identify and resolve site issues or design discrepancies promptly.
• Support project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control activities.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical support to field teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction projects, preferably in landscaping, infrastructure, or civil works.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software/tools.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, materials, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
