About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of proven experience in fit-out, construction, or facility management projects and possess a valid UAE driving license.

This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and technical project management skills to deliver high-quality results across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of project execution — from planning to completion.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve objectives within scope.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and leadership to project teams on site.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE within fit-out, construction, or facility management sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and site execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory requirement.
