AirHost+ is hiring Remote Property Managers to oversee and support our short-term rental operations across Airbnb, VRBO and other booking platforms. We are looking for someone who can manage daily operations with accuracy, a calm approach and strong communication.
🔍 Key Requirements
🔹 Have direct experience managing short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
🔹 Understand pricing strategies, calendar and booking management, guest communication, and operational workflows
🔹 Have worked with tools such as Guesty or Smoobu, Hostaway, or similar (preferred but optional)
🔹 Are familiar with international rental regulations and best practices
🔹 Communicate professionally and show strong attention to detail
🔹 Maintain synced calendars and prevent double bookings
🔹 Communicate with guests from first inquiry through checkout
🔹 Coordinate cleaners, maintenance teams, and local support
🔹 Monitor guest reviews, resolve issues, and support a smooth guest experience
Competencies
