Position Overview

Al Mufeed Group is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth front-office operations and delivering excellent service to clients, visitors, and internal staff. The Receptionist will manage all front-desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, maintaining office records, and coordinating administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a professional approach at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the front-desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle outgoing and incoming correspondence, emails, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs, employee attendance sheets, and front-office records.
  • Support administrative staff with filing, data entry, and documentation when required.
  • Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and assist with office coordination.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and departments.
  • Handle basic inquiries and escalate complex issues to relevant personnel.
  • Assist in daily office operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant (Facilities Management industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong command of English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Additional short courses in administration, customer service, or communication are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar front-office or receptionist role.
  • Experience in Facilities Management or Asset Management companies is preferred but not mandatory.
