QA/QC Inspectors

Position Overview

Fibrex Construction Group is hiring QA/QC Inspectors to support major construction projects across the UAE. The QA/QC Inspector will monitor construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role involves inspections, documentation, report preparation, and coordination with engineering and site teams. You will help ensure that all works are carried out with accuracy, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for civil, structural, and architectural works as required.
• Verify materials, workmanship, and installations against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Maintain updated logs of inspections, tests, and approvals.
• Support quality audits and provide required documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in progress meetings and raise quality related concerns when necessary.
• Follow project QA/QC plans and ensure all activities adhere to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and Fibrex procedures.
• Support implementation of quality management systems across project phases.
• Assist in reviewing ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of relevant QA/QC experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, attested by MOHRE/MOFA.
• Immediate availability to join is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (mandatory).
• Additional QA/QC training certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with project documentation, testing procedures, and inspection standards.

Experience Needed

• Proven experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with concrete, steel works, finishing, and site quality procedures.
• Experience in reviewing technical documents and ensuring compliance.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and strong reporting ability.
