Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, proven UAE experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive project success within timelines, budgets, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Strategy

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Establish project goals, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and identify project risks with mitigation measures.

2. Project Execution & Site Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progress according to schedule.
• Coordinate activities between engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets and manage financial resources effectively.
• Monitor project costs, track variations/changes, and prepare commercial reports.
• Review and approve invoices, claims, and procurement requests.

4. Contract & Documentation Management

• Review contracts, tender documents, and contractual obligations.
• Manage contractual communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate project documentation including reports, logs, correspondence, and submission records.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to construction standards, local authority regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and technical evaluations.
• Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

6. Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Hold progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

7. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Implement strict HSE standards and enforce compliance across all project phases.
• Monitor HSE risk management strategies and ensure safe working practices on-site.

8. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, engineers, and supervisors.
• Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and ensure collaboration across departments.
• Promote a productive, safety-driven, and detail-oriented work culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Society of Engineers membership is preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of construction project management experience in the UAE.
• Strong background in building, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to handover.

Technical Skills

• Excellent command of Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management systems.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Solid knowledge of UAE construction codes, authority regulations, and local standards.
