Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager specialized in Infrastructure and Roads Projects to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project phases — from planning and execution to completion — ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of infrastructure and road construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, technical submittals, and construction methodologies.
• Manage and mentor project teams, providing effective leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct progress meetings, prepare project reports, and communicate updates to senior management.
• Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective corrective actions and mitigation measures.
• Ensure all works are performed in accordance with ADM, ADDC, Etisalat, and other local authority regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role handling roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical expertise in road networks, utilities relocation, drainage, and earthworks.
• In-depth knowledge of local authority standards and approval procedures (ADM, ADDC, Etisalat, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD is desirable.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on results and quality.
