Precast Fabrication Supervisor

Dubai Precast LLC is hiring a Precast Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the production of precast elements such as beams, columns, slabs, and wall panels. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.

The role involves managing daily production activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, interpreting shop drawings, and coordinating manpower and equipment. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a yard/outdoor environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or a related engineering field.
• 5–8 years of experience in precast fabrication, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the precast production team.
• Oversee the fabrication of beams, columns, slabs, wall panels, and other precast elements.
• Review and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to achieve delivery timelines and quality targets.
• Ensure reinforcement detailing, mould preparation, curing, and finishing are executed as per standards.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Report production progress, issues, and performance metrics to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing the fabrication of structural precast elements.
• In-depth understanding of precast production techniques and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to lead a multicultural workforce effectively in a yard/outdoor environment.
• Strong awareness of HSE regulations and safe lifting/handling practices.
• Capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical and production challenges.
