About the Role

Dubai Precast LLC is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Projects Planning Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling construction projects — ensuring that all work is completed on time, within scope, and according to budget.

This role is best suited for candidates with proven experience in the construction industry, particularly in precast concrete projects, who possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules from preliminary to final stages.
• Prepare resource allocation and cost loading plans to ensure project efficiency.
• Use Primavera and AutoCAD for scheduling and design coordination.
• Track, update, and revise project timelines to reflect ongoing progress.
• Conduct time impact analysis, manage EOT (Extension of Time) claims, and prepare KPI-based reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors for project planning updates.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Support management with project progress reports and forecasting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry — precast experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera (mandatory) and AutoCAD (advantageous).
• Proven ability to prepare and manage complex project schedules.
• Excellent skills in tracking progress, forecasting delays, and updating schedules.
• Hands-on experience with EOT claims, KPI reporting, and time impact analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a UAE driving license is an advantage.
• DM-registered SOE certificate and precast experience are plus points.
