Genera Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma aligned with the position
- Minimum relevant UAE experience in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Must be currently resident in the UAE
- Proficiency in MS Office and job-specific software/tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
