Join Hexa Building Solutions (Pvt) Ltd as an MEP, Firefighting & HVAC Proposal Engineer. We’re looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer with a passion for MEP systems, Firefighting, and HVAC design to join our dynamic team. If you have strong analytical and costing skills, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, material take-offs, and detailed cost estimates for MEP, HVAC & Firefighting systems.
- Review and interpret drawings, design specifications, and tender documents to ensure project requirements are fully understood and accurately costed.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather price quotations, verify technical data, and ensure timely submissions.
- Assist project teams in preparing technical submittals, compliance statements, and value engineering options to optimize cost and design.
- Participate in project planning, estimation reviews, and cost control meetings to support effective project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in MEP estimation, costing, and proposal preparation within the construction or contracting industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC system design, Firefighting layouts, and Plumbing systems estimation.
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, NFPA codes, and other relevant MEP design guidelines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (such as Candy, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Ability to read and understand complex tender drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial MEP projects in Pakistan or GCC markets will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 Years (Experience with reputable MEP contractors preferred)
