Land Surveyors

Concord Stars Contracting is expanding its Roads and Infrastructure division and is urgently hiring skilled Land Surveyors (10 Nos.) to join our project team in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven experience in UAE Roads, Highways, and Infrastructure projects who can contribute to high-quality project execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Roads, Highways, and Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, site measurement procedures, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience using survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and construction layouts.
• Solid understanding of project coordinates, levels, benchmarks, and setting-out activities.
• Familiarity with Dubai/UAE construction practices and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate setting-out works, including alignment, levels, coordinates, and site layout.
• Operate and manage surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.) efficiently on-site.
• Perform topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and prepare detailed survey reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other site teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Update and maintain daily survey logs, data records, and reporting documentation.
• Verify subcontractor measurements, quantities, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure all surveying activities meet project quality standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in Roads/Infrastructure construction.
• Certification in land surveying or related technical training is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent technical knowledge of surveying principles and instruments.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
