About the Role
JDV Group is seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic cost estimation team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who are eager to learn the fundamentals of cost estimation in the construction and engineering industry. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you through all aspects of estimation and project costing.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations.
- Support senior estimation engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Collect and analyze data for pricing, material sourcing, and vendor quotations.
- Maintain up-to-date cost databases and project documentation.
- Participate in the preparation of bids and tender submissions.
- Learn and apply industry-standard estimation software and tools.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure cost accuracy and timely submissions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in cost estimation or construction.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.
