Green Oasis Contracting is expanding its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team to support our growing portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE. We are seeking dedicated and qualified HSE professionals who are committed to promoting safety excellence, compliance, and a strong safety culture on site.
Available Positions
- HSE Manager – Minimum 10 years of experience
- HSE Officer – Minimum 5 years of experience
- HSE Inspector – Minimum 3–5 years of experience
General Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support high-risk activity monitoring, including: Working at height, Confined space entry, Manual handling, Excavation and trenching, Lifting operations, Hot work activities
- Participate in incident and accident investigations; prepare reports and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety awareness sessions.
- Ensure compliance with Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Maintain HSE logs, reports, permits, statistical records, and compliance documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all employees and subcontractors adhere to HSE protocols.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend effective risk control measures.
- Support emergency preparedness planning, including drills, evacuation procedures, and equipment readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related fields.
- Professional HSE certifications such as: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA Certifications, Diploma in Safety / Fire Safety / Environmental Management
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE codes, construction safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Experience Requirements
HSE Manager
- Minimum 10 years overall experience, with at least 5 years in managerial HSE roles.
- Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, civil, or industrial projects.
HSE Officer

Minimum 5 years experience in site HSE operations in construction environments.
HSE Inspector
-
3–5 years of experience supporting HSE inspections, reporting, and field compliance.
