Fala Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Document Controller to support HR operations by managing employee records, documentation, and compliance files. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects and be currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and update all HR-related documents, including employee records, onboarding files, contracts, memos, and internal correspondence.
- Manage document flow between HR departments, project teams, and site offices to ensure timely communication and compliance.
- Develop and maintain structured filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure document accuracy, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- Track document revisions, approvals, expiry dates, and renewal schedules for contracts, IDs, visas, certifications, and licenses.
- Ensure that all HR documents meet company standards and government regulatory requirements.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and compliance audits.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect manpower lists, attendance sheets, and site-related HR information.
- Prepare reports, HR logs, and documentation summaries as required by management.
- Handle confidential information professionally and ensure strict data protection at all times.
- Maintain proper version control and register for all incoming and outgoing HR-related documentation.
Requirements
- Must be female, as per the role requirement.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Strong document control knowledge specific to Roads & Infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with document control software or HR management systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Additional certification in HR, Document Control, or Office Administration is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller or HR Document Controller.
- Mandatory experience working in Roads & Infrastructure companies or similar construction environments.
- Experience working with site teams, HR departments, and project management teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of document control standards and version control.
- Familiarity with HR documentation processes and UAE labor requirements.
