Job Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Health, Safety, and Environmental management, with specific experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDM), Sewerage projects and infrastructural projects. This role is critical in developing, implementing, and overseeing HSE policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide HSE policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for staff and subcontractors.
• Stay updated with industry standards and legal requirements to ensure best-practice compliance.
• Oversee risk assessments and mitigation strategies specific to NDM and infrastructure works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager within NDM, sewerage, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Recognized professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, ISO standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
