Document Controller

A global real estate developer is now entering the Dubai market and delivering exceptional residential and mixed-use projects that combine innovative design, quality construction, and sustainable practices. We are seeking a detail-driven Document Controller to keep projects running smoothly.

You will manage all project documentation, coordinate between teams, consultants, and contractors, and ensure everything is on track from design through to handover. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Track document flow to ensure timely distribution, review, and approval.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to support project progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of approvals, transmittals, and submittals.
  • Support tender submissions, authority approvals, and QA/QC documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain progress trackers, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and compile complete handover documentation packages.
  • Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Construction-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in document control or project coordination within construction or real estate sectors.
  • Proficiency in Aconex, Procore, or similar Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with UAE authority submission processes (DEWA, DCD, DM).
