ASGC is hiring an experienced Asset Supervisor with a strong background in Civil and MEP contracting to manage company assets across multiple project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and control all company assets, equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Manage asset allocation, movement, and availability between sites and warehouses.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance, repair schedules, and service coordination for civil & MEP equipment.
- Maintain accurate and updated asset registers, logs, tagging, and documentation in the system.
- Conduct periodic physical inspections, audits, and inventory verification.
- Monitor asset utilization, performance, lifecycle, and replacement requirements.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Plant Department, Site Teams, and Stores for asset-related needs.
- Identify missing, damaged, or underutilized assets and take corrective actions.
- Implement asset tracking procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, maintenance, utilization, and operational issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Asset Supervisor in Civil or MEP contracting companies.
- Strong knowledge of asset tracking systems, ERP modules, and documentation processes.
- Solid understanding of preventive maintenance and equipment servicing schedules.
- Experience managing heavy equipment, tools, and site assets.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of asset management software is an advantage.
