Architect / Project Architect

About the Role

Bluehaus is looking for a Mid-Level Architect / Project Architect to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of architectural design across all project stages from concept to completion while collaborating with an experienced team in a design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop architectural designs from concept to completion.
• Manage project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
• Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Interior Design, and Landscape teams.
• Prepare presentations, technical documentation, and project reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority codes.
• Represent the studio in client meetings and contribute strategic design insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading turnkey projects.
• Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous UAE experience in tender and construction documentation is essential.
