Current Openings:

1. Resident Engineers

Experience: 20–25 years

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all site activities and ensure work complies with design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate between the client, contractors, and design teams.
• Manage project schedules, site progress, and quality control.
• Oversee safety practices and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, or relevant Engineering field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure or building supervision projects.

2. Quantity Surveyors

Experience: 5–15 years

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor claims and variation orders.
• Monitor project budgets and provide cost control reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent understanding of construction costs and contracts (FIDIC preferred).
• Proficiency in cost management software.

3. Architect Engineers

Experience: 5–15 years

Responsibilities:

• Review design and shop drawings for compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Supervise architectural finishes and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with MEP and structural teams on design integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience in building supervision and finishing works.
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.

4. Structural Engineers

Experience: 5–15 years

Responsibilities:

• Review structural designs and calculations.
• Supervise structural works on-site and verify contractor compliance.
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in structural design codes and standards.

5. Electrical Engineers

Responsibilities:

• Manage BIM workflows and ensure data integrity across disciplines.
• Review models for coordination and clash detection.
• Support project teams with BIM implementation and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
