Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and retain the best talent across our real estate divisions — including sales, leasing, property management, marketing, and administration.

This is a key role that requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, and strong relationship-building skills to support Zain Middle East Properties’ continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple departments.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct screening interviews, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
  • Maintain an updated database of qualified real estate professionals for upcoming opportunities.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
  • Design and implement proactive recruitment campaigns to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, recruitment partners, and universities.
  • Ensure all hiring aligns with company culture, values, and business objectives.

Employer Branding

  • Promote Zain Middle East Properties as an employer of choice in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Manage recruitment marketing initiatives — including job postings, social media campaigns, and the company career page.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate roles, industry structure, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and active on professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Salary:
