📊 1. Commercial Management
- Liaise with:
- Project Manager
- Project Director
- Handle all commercial matters related to the project
📈 2. Cost Control & Reporting
- Prepare:
- Contract Cost Value Reconciliation (CCVR)
- Forecast reports
- Commercial reports
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures
⚠️ 3. Risk Identification & Management
- Identify commercial risks at early stages
- Suggest mitigation strategies
- Work with project teams to avoid cost overruns
📑 4. Contract Administration
- Manage:
- Variations
- Claims
- Payment certifications
- Ensure compliance with contract terms
🏗️ 5. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Engineering teams
- Procurement
- Site teams
- Ensure financial alignment with project progress

Key Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Quantity Surveying
- Civil Engineering
- Or related field

- Experience with:
- Contracting companies (mandatory)
- Proven experience in:
- Infrastructure / roads / marine projects
⚙️ Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cost control systems
- Commercial reporting (CCVR)
- Contract management
