👥 1. Bulk Recruitment (Mass Hiring)

• Manage large-scale hiring for:
  • Construction workers
  • Skilled and unskilled labor
• Source candidates through:
  • Job portals
  • Agencies
  • Internal databases

🔄 2. End-to-End Recruitment Process

• Handle:
  • CV screening
  • Interviews
  • Shortlisting
• Coordinate with hiring managers

📞 3. Candidate Coordination

• Communicate with candidates regularly
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment pipeline

🧾 4. Onboarding & Mobilization

• Manage:
  • Offer letters
  • Joining formalities
  • Visa coordination (if required)
• Ensure smooth onboarding process

📊 5. Manpower Planning & Fulfillment

• Ensure timely manpower supply to projects
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines

🤝 6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with:
  • Project teams
  • HR departments
  • Site managers

Key Requirements
