Almrooj Infrastructure is currently hiring Site Engineer – Roads & Utilities. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site infrastructure works, including roads, drainage, and utility networks. The role requires strong coordination with site teams and compliance with Dubai authority standards.
Professionals with RTA project exposure are highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
🚧 1. Site Supervision (Roads & Utilities)
- Supervise daily construction activities related to:
- Road works
- Utility networks (drainage, sewer, water, etc.)
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings
📐 2. Compliance with Authority Standards
- Ensure compliance with:
- Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)
- Project specifications
- Approved method statements
🤝 3. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Coordinate with:
- Consultants
- Subcontractors
- Project teams
- Ensure smooth workflow and communication
📊 4. Progress Monitoring
- Track daily site progress
- Ensure work is completed as per schedule
- Report delays and suggest corrective actions
⚠️ 5. Quality & Safety Control
- Maintain:
- Quality standards
- Safety compliance
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper execution
🔄 6. Multi-Activity Management
- Handle multiple site activities simultaneously
- Ensure coordination between different work fronts
Key Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Or related field
🏗️ Experience
- Strong experience in:
- Roads construction
- Utilities (drainage, sewer, water networks)
- Mandatory experience with:
- Roads and Transport Authority (RTA projects)
⚙️ Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of:
- Infrastructure construction methods
- Road works and utilities installation
- Authority standards and regulations
