• Position: Construction Manager

• Experience Required: 8–10 years (Dubai – Roads & Infrastructure)

🛠️ Role Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee all site operations related to road and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

This role requires strong coordination with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

Roles & Responsibilities

🚧 1. Project Execution & Site Management

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site
• Ensure smooth execution of road and infrastructure works
• Supervise site teams, engineers, and subcontractors

📊 2. Planning & Resource Management

• Lead project planning and scheduling
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
• Ensure projects are completed:
  • On time
  • Within budget
  • As per specifications

🤝 3. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with:
  • Consultants
  • Subcontractors
  • Internal project teams
• Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders

🏢 4. Authority Coordination & Approvals

• Liaise with key Dubai authorities such as:
  • Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)
  • Dubai Municipality (DM)
  • Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)
• Manage approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements

⚠️ 5. Progress Monitoring & Issue Resolution

• Monitor project progress and performance
• Identify delays and resolve site conflicts
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly

🦺 6. Safety & Quality Compliance

• Enforce HSE standards and safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with quality control requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and audits

✅ Key Requirements

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

🏗️ Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction management
• Strong background in:
  • Road construction
  • Infrastructure projects
• Mandatory experience in Dubai projects

⚙️ Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of:
  • Road construction methods
  • Infrastructure systems
  • Project execution strategies
• Familiarity with Dubai authority standards and regulations

💼 Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple project aspects simultaneously
