🛠️ Key Responsibilities
HSE Officers are responsible for ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance across construction sites. Key duties include:
- Implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Conducting:
- Site inspections
- Risk assessments
- Safety audits
- Identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions
- Preparing and maintaining:
- HSE reports
- Safety documentation
- Incident records
✅ Key Requirements
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Environmental Science
- Or related field
📜 Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)
- NEBOSH
- IOSH
- OSHA
- Trakhees Certificate (PCFC Trakhees Accreditation – mandatory)
🏗️ Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred
⚙️ Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- UAE HSE regulations
- Risk assessment procedures
- Safety audit practices
- Familiarity with site safety documentation systems
