Project Engineer

BNBC Contracting is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects while ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure full compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and performance benchmarks on site.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, manpower, and material usage to ensure cost and time efficiency.
• Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, technical documents, and site records.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved method statements.
• Review engineering drawings and technical submittals, recommending corrective actions when required.
• Assign responsibilities to site teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Support Project Managers with technical coordination and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in construction projects.
• Prior experience in industrial construction projects is required.
• Valid G+12 License (mandatory).

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering/design visualization tools.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution processes.
• Familiarity with engineering codes, standards, regulations, and best practices.
