Landscape Architect

KN International is looking for a skilled and creative Landscape Architect to join our Head Office in Abu Dhabi. This role plays a key part in the design, planning, and coordination of landscape and external works for a variety of development projects across the UAE. Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, master plans, layouts, softscape and hardscape design packages.
• Coordinate with internal teams including architecture, infrastructure, and environmental engineering.
• Ensure design alignment with client requirements, project specifications, and authority guidelines.
• Produce high-quality construction drawings, planting plans, irrigation coordination layouts, and material specifications.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
• Support design presentations, client proposals, and project submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design compliance and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure sustainable design principles, environmental considerations, and aesthetic quality are integrated into all landscape solutions.
• Review shop drawings, material samples, technical submittals, and RFI responses.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience working on large-scale landscape and urban development projects.
• UAE experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.
• Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape materials, planting design, and irrigation coordination.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations (ADM, DMT, Municipalities, etc.).
