General Requirements 

• Relevant technical qualification or diploma based on job category.
• Proven experience in landscaping, construction, or civil projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong understanding of site operations, project coordination, and safety compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to join immediately (preferred).
• Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Open Positions

We are hiring for multiple roles across our landscape and construction divisions:

1. Construction Manager

Requirements:

• Lead and manage all site activities related to landscape and civil projects.
• Ensure project execution in compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and site plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in construction/landscape.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

2. Softscape Engineer

Requirements:

• Supervise softscape works including planting, turfing, soil preparation, and irrigation coordination.
• Review drawings, material specs, and method statements.
• Ensure quality standards and horticultural requirements are met.
• Degree in Agriculture/Landscape Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in softscape projects.

3. Softscape Supervisor

Requirements:

• Oversee onsite softscape activities and workforce.
• Coordinate planting schedules, maintenance tasks, and material usage.
• Monitor plant health and ensure proper horticulture practices.
• Diploma or technical qualification in Landscaping/Agriculture.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience.

4. Civil Supervisor

Requirements:

• Supervise civil and structural works at site.
• Check drawings, levels, and material compliance.
• Manage daily activities and workforce allocation.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years UAE experience.

5. Irrigation Supervisor

Requirements:

• Handle installation of irrigation networks, pumps, valve chambers, and control systems.
• Ensure proper testing and commissioning of irrigation systems.
• Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with designs.
• Diploma/Certification in Irrigation or Agriculture Engineering.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in irrigation works.

6. Safety Assistant

Requirements:

• Support HSE team with daily safety inspections and observations.
• Assist in preparing reports, checklists, and toolbox talks.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.
• HSE certification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

7. Time Keeper

Requirements:

• Maintain daily attendance records of workers.
• Prepare manpower reports and coordinate with HR.
• Track overtime, leaves, mobilization, and demobilization.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Experience as site timekeeper preferred.

8. Storekeeper

Requirements:

• Manage site materials, stock levels, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams for material issuance.
• Maintain proper storage and documentation as per company procedures.
• Minimum 3+ years experience as storekeeper in construction.
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory systems preferred.
