Power On Building Contracting LLC is expanding its team for upcoming site projects across the UAE. We are looking for skilled and experienced professionals with strong Middle East construction experience to join our organization. Available Positions

1. Project Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, safety, and material management.
• Proven track record in overseeing medium to large construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and ensure project milestones are achieved.

2. Planning Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and track project schedules, baseline programmes, and progress reports.
• Identify delays, propose mitigation measures, and support claims/variations.
• Coordinate with project teams for planning updates and schedule forecasting.

3. Senior Site Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7-10 years of site experience, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and resolve site issues.

4. Site Supervisor

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil/Construction.
• 5+ years of site supervision experience.
• Ability to manage labor, oversee site activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control day-to-day site activities.
• Oversee work execution and ensure adherence to approved plans.
• Report progress, issues, and site requirements to engineers.

5. HSE Officer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree + valid HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction.
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations, PTW, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and HSE audits.
• Identify hazards, report incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, method statements, and risk assessments.

6. QA/QC Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Expertise in ITPs, method statements, material approvals, and project quality plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for all construction works and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, QA/QC documentation, and inspection requests.
• Coordinate with consultants and site teams for quality-related matters.

General Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices, standards, and authority requirements.
