Time Keeper

ARC Global is urgently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Time Keeper to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in attendance management, manpower coordination, and documentation. Immediate joiners and native Hindi-speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Job Overview

The Time Keeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance, updating manpower records, preparing timesheets, and supporting HR and Operations teams with scheduling and documentation. This role requires high accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate daily attendance, time records, and staffing reports for all employees.
  • Prepare and update duty rosters, attendance logs, overtime summaries, and manpower sheets.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Site Supervisors for shift assignments, replacement schedules, leave updates, and manpower planning.
  • Monitor and record site-wise manpower deployment, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Ensure timely submission of attendance and overtime reports to the payroll department.
  • Identify discrepancies in attendance data and report issues to HR for timely action.
  • Maintain organized records of leave applications, shift changes, absences, and other manpower-related documents.
  • Support site operations by ensuring proper documentation of workers’ daily activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Time Keeper in Facilities Management, Construction, Manpower Supply, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of attendance systems, timesheet management, and biometric systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, timesheet preparation, and basic administrative tools.
  • Native Hindi speaker with the ability to communicate clearly with site workforce and management.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to work with HR and Operations teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
