Construction Manager

ElectroRAK Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Manager to lead and oversee all phases of residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and proven experience in delivering high-quality projects within budget and timelines. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 10–12 years of proven experience in Construction Management
• Strong background in Gulf region construction projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, executing, and leading multi-disciplinary site teams
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera (Project Scheduling & Management)
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate contractors, and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction, from permitting to project handover
• Coordinate and schedule inspections; maintain communication with subcontractors and city inspectors
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
• Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and labor resources
• Prepare and update construction schedules, budgets, and progress documentation
• Ensure all on-site work adheres to local building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a safe site environment
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor quality, timelines, and performance
• Resolve technical issues, delays, and punch list items promptly
• Coordinate and complete all required third-party inspections before project closure
