3D Visualizer

NAEL is hiring a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled 3D Visualizer who can develop high-quality visual content for architectural and construction projects. Freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for architecture, interior design, and landscaping projects.
• Create concept visuals, photorealistic still images, and 3D models based on project requirements.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to convert sketches, CAD drawings, and concepts into realistic visual outputs.
• Produce materials, lighting settings, textures, and environmental effects for high-end rendering.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all visualization work, aligning with project specifications.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, mood boards, visual storyboards, and design proposals.
• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and organized files for all render projects.
• Deliver visual content within deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, rendering techniques, and visualization technologies.

Requirements

• Experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and other relevant rendering software.
• Strong creativity, visualization ability, and willingness to innovate.
• Ability to convert conceptual drawings into detailed 3D models.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Good command of lighting, shading, rendering, and texturing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality visuals within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Additional certification/training in 3D visualization, rendering, or animation is a plus.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in 3D visualization, modeling, architectural design, or rendering.
• Fresh graduates with strong creative portfolios will be considered.
• Prior GCC/UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of 3D rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).
