Construction Manager

Al Shafar Engineering LLC is hiring a Construction Manager for ongoing villa and building projects across the UAE. This is a senior role for professionals with strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and proven experience leading construction activities from start to finish.

Position Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction operations, manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in villa and building construction within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion.
• Manage site operations, workforce distribution, and daily progress.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project specifications.
• Ensure construction works comply with quality standards and approved drawings.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety inspections.
• Resolve technical issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Communicate site requirements and project needs clearly to the management team.
• Prepare work schedules, monitor timelines, and track project milestones.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Monitor site productivity and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure documentation related to inspections, materials, and progress is maintained.
• Support project handover and closeout documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction field, specifically villa and building projects.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners only will be considered.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and regulatory standards.
• Salary and benefits will be based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Additional certifications in construction management or site supervision are an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction software and modern project tools is preferred.

Experience Needed

• Proven background managing villa and mid-rise building projects.
• Strong track record of managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, municipal authorities, and suppliers.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
