Civil/Architectural Draftsmans (Fresh & Experienced)

Nael is hiring skilled and motivated Civil/Architectural Draftsmen to join our Architectural Division under Nael Finishes & Design. Candidates with a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural and civil shop drawings.
• Develop as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications and site changes.
• Ensure all drawings follow UAE drafting standards, company guidelines, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, site teams, and project managers to gather project details.
• Update and revise drawings based on consultant comments or site conditions.
• Assist in the preparation of drawing registers and ensure proper file management.
• Support the design and engineering teams in developing project concepts.
• Ensure the drawings comply with relevant municipality regulations, codes, and standards.
• Contribute to resolving technical issues related to architectural detailing.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, and conflicts within drawings and raise them for clarification.
• Ensure clarity in dimensions, annotations, layouts, and detailing to avoid site errors.

Openings Available

• Two Positions – Fresh Graduate Draftsmen
• One Position – Draftsman with 2–5 Years’ Experience
• One Position – Senior Draftsman with 5–8 Years’ Experience

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting Technology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Ability to prepare high-quality shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Solid understanding of architectural and structural drawings, layouts, and detailing.
• Knowledge of Revit is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with construction processes and workflow.
• Freshers – 0–1 year (2 openings).
• Intermediate Draftsman – 2–5 years of experience.
• Senior Draftsman – 5–8 years in a similar drafting role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of AutoCAD and drafting standards.
• Ability to prepare precise and clear technical drawings.
• Understanding of project specifications, material details, and site coordination.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software (Revit) is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset, especially during drawing reviews and site clarifications.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced project environments.
