Storekeeper (Civil, MEP & PMV)

For more than 46 years, PIVOT engineering and general contracting W.L.L is continuously striving to find methods to improve procedures and services that will benefit current and future projects. We are seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team for the following positions:

Open Positions:

1️⃣ Storekeeper – Civil
2️⃣ Storekeeper – MEP
3️⃣ Storekeeper – PMV (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive, store, and issue construction materials, tools, and equipment accurately.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of stock, material movements, and equipment using ERP systems and Oracle software.
• Stock Verification & Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits, report discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordination: Work closely with project teams, procurement, and site engineers to ensure materials are available on time.
• Equipment Handling: Supervise handling of Plant & Workshop equipment, MEP materials, and civil construction materials.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and storage protocols.
• Reporting: Prepare periodic inventory and material reports for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experienced with ERP systems and Oracle software.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with handling construction materials (Civil & MEP), Plant & Workshop equipment, and PMV inventory.
