Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager (MEP) to oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for our ongoing and upcoming high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of MEP systems in large-scale construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all MEP activities within high-rise projects.
- Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise MEP engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Coordinate MEP design and execution with civil and architectural teams.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Prepare and review reports, schedules, and project documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, specifically in high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, coordination, and project planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Must be based in the UAE or willing to relocate immediately.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: AED 18,000 per month
